I have always been interested in health and wellness, and that interest led me to study nutrition in college. After completing my degree, I went on to become a certified nutritionist and personal trainer. I’ve spent the last several years working with clients to help them improve their health and achieve their fitness goals.
Through my work, I’ve come to realize that there is a lot of confusion and misinformation out there when it comes to nutrition. So many people are struggling to lose weight, improve their energy levels, and achieve optimal health, but they don’t know where to turn for accurate information. That’s why I started this blog – to provide clear, evidence-based information on nutrition and health that can help you make informed decisions about your own well-being.
